1. Uninstall the existing app.

Your data will not be lost after an update: Your account details, balance, and betting history are all stored on the server — uninstalling the app won't delete any of your data.

📊 Records
As long as you're logged in, you can view all your bets and transaction records. It's pretty easy to find.

How to view your betting history:
1. Log in and tap the profile icon at the top right.
2. Go to the "My Bets" or "Betting History" section.
3. Select a date range (Today / This Week / This Month / Custom).

How to view your transaction records:

How far back can I view my records?

👤 Account Policy
Per hibajee8 policy, each member may operate only one account. However, there are specific rules that apply when two family members on the same device each need a separate account.

Family Device Sharing Policy:
• Two people in the same household can each open an account using separate mobile numbers, separate email addresses, and separate ID documents.
• If two accounts are used from the same device, each must belong to a different person — one person cannot maintain two profiles.

Strictly Prohibited Actions:
• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Opening an account in someone else's name and operating it yourself.

Consequences of Policy Violations:
If prohibited activity is detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances and bonuses may be forfeited. If in any doubt, please Help Center ask us.
